This book was haunting and tragic on several levels. It kept me guessing until the end and hoping for the best outcome for the characters. Lauren Oliver does a fabulous job of exploring the bond and rivalry between sisters. Oliver is a masterful storyteller and the mystery that is revealed in this book is captivating! I highly recommend Vanishing Girls, especially if you love a good msytery,

Like KMLibrarian said, "Vanishing Girls" by Lauren Oliver is a haunting and tragic mystery. Oliver portrayed the characters' relationships spot on, but as of the plot, I was sometimes confused. You have to be fully focused to carry on with the book but once you get it, it is almost a revelation. There's a reason this book is so popular and I look forward to reading her delirium series.
